Positive: Really friendly and helpful hosts. They even supplied, without us asking, some brand new floor fans as we stayed in a heatwave. Comfortable beds. Nice clean property.
Negative: No champagne flutes! :)

Positive: Excellent location. Bus stop just round the corner and service went into city centre. Very comfortable- we especially liked the upstairs balcony. Would definitely go back.
Negative: The light was flickering in the sitting room but it is just a small matter.
